Filler masterbatches is a kind of advanced modified Filler MB made of calcium carbonate, plastic flexibilizer and other special additives. It is used for first and mid grade polyolefin material in the process of extrusion, injection, plastic blowing, film blowing, casting, wire drawing, ect. When it is put into use, we can reduce material cost, and improve the character of final products.

1.       Granule size for calcium carbonate≤6um

2.       Whiteness:≥98%

3.       Application ratio: Mix Filler MB with the stuff resin from the ratio of 10% to more than 30%(different ratio decided by the product and user).

Product Characteristics:

Compare to normal filler MB, filler MB is with below superiority:

1.       Remain anti-impulsion property and plexibility of plastic material . Even when the application ratio is high, it will not reduce the physical and mechanical property of plastic products much.

2.       Filler MB is with good dispersing quality to assure the smooth appearance of plastic products, so that it can guarantee good printing quantity of surface for the first and mid grade plastic products.

3.       When some inorganic material of nanometer frame are introduced, the bad effect of material aging property is distinctly reduced.

4.       Under same ratio condition, filler MB can distinctly improve the transparency of plastic products.

Remarks:

Stored in ventilated ,dry and cool place. Filler MB is easily to absorb moisture from the air . So please use out soon after opening the packing.
