We can produce a series of color master batch,some of which are on the stock(specially color calcium carbonate for film). The series of products has been exported to overseas cuntries and regions.We have rich experiences on producing the following master batch:1) master batch for film blowing; 2) master batch for wiredrawing; 3) master batch for injection moulding; 4) master batch for bottle blowing; 5) master batch for foam blowing; 6) master batch for pipe drawing.   Applicable scope: PP, PE, ABS, HIPS.

     Filler master batch is added to plastic products,including blown, cast and extrude process, it can decrease your cost and increase the whiteness of the products as well.

Main applications:

1) Filler master batch is made of high quality calcium carbonate and other special additives after extrusion molding from high performance twin-screw machine.

2) Widely used for polyolefin material in the process of extrusion, injection and blowing.

3) When it is put into use, we can reduce material cost and improve the character of final products.
