SKSHU Water-based Woodenware Paint

SKSHU Water-based Woodenware Paint chosen modification copolymerization emulsion and additives to produce. Its fully healthy, zero undesirable odor, zero pungent smell and can stick as soon as paint. The transparency of varnish is perfect, the covering power of paint is strong, and also the adhesiveness is strong. The filling and sealing of the priming is good, quick drying, sanding is easy, operation is convenience, high-efficiency environmental-protection and no undesirable.

Range of application:

Mainly apply to the painting of woodiness and rattan material, like top grade furniture, indoor fitment, craftworks, toy, musical instrument and so on.

Painting system:

In the light of the situation of base material to choose sand paper to burnish and clean it → painting priming (1~3 times, use over 800 eyes fine sand paper to burnish it after dryness of every time)→ painting top coating for once-twice.

Working Mode:

Brush and sprayer could be used as tools, it should be better to scumble.

Consumption:

Theoretical value: 13~14/L (one time all over). Actual consumption is different from substrates and construction methods.

Guarantee period of the quality: 12 months (under normal temperature and airproof state)

Precautions:

            The product is no harm to body, but if touch skin or clothes should wash with water at once.

            Before painting you should mix round and only can use after for a while till the air bubbles are disappear.

            Preference temperature≥5, humidity≤80% and keep ventilated.

            In the light of the need of construction viscosity, you can adding under 5∼15% clear water into paint .

            At 25, the surface will dry in 30 minutes, hard dry will take 7 days, and after 14 days will get the best effect.

            The product is milky odorless liquid, please be careful to keeping to avoid to eat by mistake.

            The product should keep the place of cool, dry, and the temperature no below  0.
